Privacy Policy

No accounts, no tracking. 5PM Toronto does not require registration or login. We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily submit it through our contact forms.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-preserving by design. It collects aggregate page view data without identifying individual visitors.

Submissions. If you submit a bar, correction, or idea through our form, your submission (including any email you provide) is stored in Firebase Firestore. We use it only to process your submission. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Cookies. We use session storage only for the rate-limiting of form submissions (one submission per 60 seconds). No persistent tracking cookies are set.

Local storage.A single timestamp is stored in your browser’s localStorage to enforce the submission rate limit. This data never leaves your device.
